Complaint Mechanism

All complaints will be handled as per CVC’s Complaint handling Policy.
As per CVC guidelines, no action will be taken on Anonymous / pseudonymous complaints.

Vigilance/AVNL is following the Whistle Blower Protection Policy of CVC on Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) resolution. Under the PIDPI Resolution, Central Vigilance Commission is the designated agency to receive complaints from whistle blowers and the identity of the whistle blower is protected.

Vigilance Set Up of AVNL

The corporate vigilance department is headed by a Cheif Vigilance Officer (CVO). Under her Deputy CVO and JWMs are posted in AVNL Corporate Office Vigilance at Avadi, Chennai. Also separate Vigilance Officers are posted in each units (total 5 manufacturing units) under the AVNL PSU for the smooth functioning of Unit level vigilance functioning.
